Public Abstract Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company of New York ("First American"), a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the nation's largest title insurance underwriters, First American Title Insurance Company.

The Company currently services 2,000 active clients throughout its nine branch office operations. To properly meet the traditional and current needs of a diverse clientele, each branch office is staffed with highly skilled professionals, including on-staff attorneys who are familiar with the complexities of commercial and residential land title law and local real estate custom and practice. The Company's attorneys have assisted its clients in closing some of the highest profile, most complex transactions throughout the country.
