Public Abstract has created an electronic foreclosure certificate that can be transmitted to your office via the Internet. Scanned copies of necessary recorded documents are included with the e-Foreclosure Certificate.

Our e-Foreclosure Certificate includes, but is not limited to:

• a search that meets your requirements (i.e., current owner, 10, 20, 40 year search, all liens included);
